New Plywood Kayak

    I guess I should have specified that this kayak will be used exclusively for fishing offshore. You can see the live well in the picture. Roughly one cubic foot of water. There will be two scuppers just underneath, one for a pickup and the other for the drain.

    I've started working on the mold for the drive well. This will be a piece of glass and subsequently glassed to the hull.
    The mold is 3D printed and I'm currently filling and sanding for a smooth finish. After paint it will get polished and waxed and just for good measure I got some PVA to ensure a good release.
