It looks like a mid 60's hardtop Sea Skiff. It'll probably have a 283 or 327 in it.

    This is a 65 - 66 convertible.

The top image is a 24' 1965 hardtop Sea Skiff.

Unless you have a fair bit of rebuilding and restoration experience, the best advice you can get is to run away as fast as you can. The Sea Skiff is considered a utility and hasn't a lot of value restored. There's nothing on that one suggesting she's worth saving, I'm sorry to say. Simply put, it'll cost a lot more to save it than you'll ever get out of it at resale.
