Need help from catamarans experts.

    Hello.
    Friend of mine did some research in catamarans resistance and made a simple program. You can calculate preliminary catamaran resistance and optimal distance between hulls based on very simple initial data. We need your help to check how far we are from reality with this calculations. The calculations is on web page. You need just put your own data and recalculate.

    There are more of these programs out there than I can shake a stick at.

    If you want some credibility to your results, first pass a check against Michlet, that has a very high correlation, at least for slender hull forms of high LD ratios.
