    The caption claims the restraints gave way.

    It looks to me as though it slipped forward in the slings due to improper placement on the hull.

    OR, the operator could have inadvertantly lowered the forward sling.

    More likely the former which reinforces the importance of sling point location markers on your hull.

    Video worked fine for me. Not a good endorsement for feeling comfortable with travellift slings ;)
