Help identify this sailboat?

    Good day - I may become the new owner of this fast looking sailboat project if the owner's wife wants my iPad2 in trade.. Before I seal the deal, I'm wondering if anyone can help me ID the manufacturer and model of this project boat? I have more pictures, but I'm not sure what good they'll do. There are no markings on the stern or anywhere else besides what is shown. I'm new here, so please forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place.

    Looks like a Clipper 21 from Clipper Marine in the 1970s.

    Thank you so much -- You hit it right on the head! Now to see if I can make the trade happen and prepare for the $$, blood, sweat and tears I'll need to restore her seaworthiness.
