    So i can build a boat that can take a block of flats with..... but it doesn't have sails!!!!!

    i cant really see L/B on the main hull but get the idea that the ama and housing is an after thought?

    I saw a photo of the craft under construction and think it was designed as an outrigger from the start, it was built as a unit. What happens when all the party guests walk over to the ama side?

    If it has good concrete piled foundations, it`ll be fine..
