Nesting sailing dinghy- PT11 upsize

I'm thinking about building a larger version of the PT11 nesting dinghy, around 13 ft I will change the geometry a bit to make it perform slightly better with an outboard . Can anybody share the construction manual so I can review their construction methods? Especially interested in the stainless quick connector system for putting the halves together. It seems to be a spring-loaded stainless threaded captive pin with a knob. Not a unique idea by any means but well-executed. I'm not looking to pirate his designs, just to build one bigger dinghy for myself.
