Cost estimation of a barge

    Hello everybody,
    I need a help in cost estimation of a barge(Loa=110m, breadth=20,Depth=6.5m, Draught=3.8m, Light ship draught=2.5m, deck area=95x20,speed=10kn,ballast pump 2x300cu-m/hr, approx )
    Can some one tell me how to approach the cost estimation, or at least rough value, how much it will cost approximately.

    The material will be steel. and the uniform deck load will be 15t/m2.
