Need ideas for lamination panel

I've done a few with thin mdf, quite a few actually. Raised bulwark with it, was worried it would swell so coated in a self leveling primer for several layers and then sanded it smooth again. Have since just reverted to waxing the several coats with an electric buffer, works good for a single jig/mold.
