Need help to start power boat building business

Hi all,
I am just about to retire and looking for the job of my life. I want to start a small company to build power boats for fishing and leisure. I am looking for a quality start up. Design must be A ++, finishing and reliability must be unmatched. I am from the Arabian Gulf and the business opportunity outlook is very very positive. Looking for a tip or a partner to help me start this business. Technical know how is the only thing needed. Mold and manufacturing material, for example. The rest is for me to provide.
