    I am wondering if there are any threads dedicated to powered bass boat designs? I am looking for general concepts to design a bass boat more than a full design ready to build. Things like the shape of the hull for stability when on plane, etc.

    Welcome to the forum.

    There aren't any design books that narrow the focus to just bass boats and though there might be a previous thread, you'll need considerably more than this. The dynamics and engineering involved apply to all powerboats, though there are certain considerations for each type, such as bass boats, that need to be considered.

    Pick up a copy of Performance by Design, by Donald Blount to get some clues about what you'll need to understand.
