Naval architect in Bulgaria

    Hi
    I do like to build a motorsailor about 23 m with more or less the shape of C-Witch. Traditional sailing ship with a modern hull. The projekt will be in Bulgaria.

    Is there anyone knowing some contacts to the naval - university of Varna or knows a good qualified naval architect or shipyards?

    My budget is not so big so i'm hoping to get some good contacts
