In this first of a three-part series dedicated to Naval modeling with Rhinoceros, the instructor will help you gain intermediate knowledge on 3D Naval modeling with the software Rhinoceros. At the end of the course, you will feel confident to create your own first designs.

This new course explains how to move easily through the software interface and provides detailed explanations to discover and manage all the basic geometries used in naval applications. It also defines a consistent workflow for an organized design with Rhinoceros, and you even will find a bonus lesson on how to export your models to Maxsurf.

The last part of the course is dedicated to the hands-on development of a daysailer boat 3D model, which is the model we have chosen for this Level 1 course.

- Organization

The course is video-based and on-demand and can be followed at your own pace.

It contains videos, quizzes, and downloadable documents and gives you access to the course’s virtual private classroom, where you can interact with the instructor and fellow students.

Students completing the course will obtain the course Certificate.
