Taking my first try at modeling a boat. It was a learning curve to figure out lofting but I am getting decent results now. I still seem to have some issue with the bow.

Now in my head this is a small 15' center console however I don't intend to build, just having fun designing/ modeling.

One issue in particular I have is terminating the reverse chines up front.

Any feedback or tips would be great! Is it the goal to have the reverse chine run clear up the bow?

No, the reverse chine terminates just before the "bow stem". For some reason the program will leave lines as an artifact and run them all the way through the loft. I know it looks like the reverse chines go crazy and shoot up the bow, but the hull there has no chines... just lines.

Looking at the line drawing from the view of the bow, you can see the part where the reverse chine ends. I have been messing around with the lines in that area. The hull transforms from a reverse chine to an aggressive flare, and it took a while to get it to where it is now, however I feel it is not perfect yet. I am not sure how to best make the transition.

It could be a good design exercise to try drawing it out on paper in the traditional way, and seeing how it 'looks' when you do it this way?
