Quick review... Evolution Rage II Chop saw

    Bought one on sale for $175 ($300 normal retail) and am satisfied. I just cut a half dozen 45 deg angles on some 1" stainless angle for a frame and it cut like a hot knife through butter. I also did some test cuts on some DF 4x's and it went through them like they were balsa. If you get the chance and have the need... this is a good saw.

    Does it have dual contra-rotating blades that is the fashion these days?

    No... single blade, carbide tipped.
