Hi Ive been toying with an idea for a houseboat and after buying a few potential study plans I'm wondering does anyone know of any available plans that aren't so 60's in style ??

perhaps its best just modify some of the available ones ??

any help or advise would be greatly appreciated

Thats like asking for a good looking car, or a good rock album, produced after the 60's.

I can't think of anything that happened after the 60's that would improve houseboat design.

    Welcome to the forum.

Aesthetic considerations can be changed to suit just about any type boat. If you have plans for a design that meets you needs, then you can address the aestedics, without concern it'll upset the performance or balance of the boat, assuming you don't add so much "gingerbread" to affect its weight too much. Which designs have you looked into?
