    Ha all,
    This is a tricky one ! !
OK I am about to install Mercruiser drive u joint retainer nut.
The torque specification is 2200 lb. ft.
The problem I have is the chart specifying the measurement to use for the retainer nut tool and my torque wrench.
The diagram shows 12 inches from Centre of drive point to the Centre of wrench hole MINE IS 11.25 INCHES.
And the torque wrench measurement as per diagram is 12 INCHES, this is lease than the chart goes down to.
How can I work out the correct torque Setting using the tools I have ? ?
    Thanks,
    Mike

Set the torque wrench at 208 pounds to be precise, but 210 will likely be where the dial will click and this will do.
