I'm very new to boat building and projects.
Just wondering what I would need and the rough cost of building a speedboat from a fletcher black max hull.
    Thanks

It depends on your maximum speed expectation.

    Welcome to the forum.

If you have a Black Max hull, you already have a speedboat. Is the hull sound and complete? Boats like this are really containers to hold the engine, fuel, controls and equipment and this is where their value comes from and where you'll put most of your money, assuming a solid hull. Having just a raw hull isn't much, in the big money picture.

What do you have, what do you want, performance expectations, etc.?
