    This Marine Design Resource Alliance press release was received last Wednesday, November 17.

    Hilton Head, SC --- The Marine Design Resource Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the future of boating, has announced the winner of their Eighth Annual Draw Kids Into Boating competition. He is 13-year old Christian Aponte from Burlington, NC who won the 2004 prize – a $1,000 school supplies scholarship – with his drawing of a sleek off-shore racing boat.
