    HI all,
i have modeled a pontoon on maxsurf modeler , in that i have given draft as .3m in frame of reference. Do this depends on stability calculation done in maxsurf stability enterprise as i insert this model in it..?
when i changed the draft to 1.5m(frame of reference) in modeler, stability changes in stability enterprise..
And how do i fix my draft? now i have taken .6m (draft given by stability enterprise).
If Anyone who knows about this please help me..

To study the stability at any load condition you need, among other things, having previously calculated transverse stability curves (KN curves). For this you have to determine the range of displacementes that you want to study. See figure.
The process, oe, more or less, is as follows:
    - Create the model of the boat
    - Define tanks
    - Define possible flooding points
    - Select the stability criteria to be met by ship.
    - Calculate KN curves
    - Put a load situation (usually studied 4 or 5)
    - Verify compliance with the various criteria.
