MAXIMUS Granted CBTF License

    It wouldn't suprise me in the least that the only reason they purchased a license is that it was cheaper to settle than fight. Is that why Doug put quotes around "admitted"?

    I used "admitted" in quotes because I'm unsure of the exact wording of the agreement between CBTFco and EBS Yachting(Maximus). I think it is a win-win situation -Maximus out from a legal cloud and CBTFco upholds their patent rights. I'm glad CBTFco was able to fight -and win-this battle and hope they are able to continue to do so for the life of the patents.
