I need some answers about changing from inboard to outboard.
How to reinforce the transom and to attach the bracket to hold the motor.
    Where do I go?

Nicklette ,How about a little more information, type of boat, of amount of power you're thinking about, what you expect of the boat, and a photo would be helpful to those who would post to your inquiry. Not all ( in fact, few) inboards are candidates for a conversion to outboard.
