Marine Electrical Cable penetrates thru Dry cargo hold air vent.

Scenario:

Marine cable of A/C Split type from wheelhouse passing w.h.top plate down to cargo hold with use of existing vent pipe.

I know this is not permitted.

But has anyone ever encountered such detail explanation prohibiting cable wire inside vent pipe of dry cargo holds.

I will prepare an illustration just make it clearer.
