    i need some advice for the instalation of the dry exaust sistem .,
    the motor (diesel kubota ) 27hp
    my other cuestion it's regarding the cooling opcions,to avoid salt water intake
    on the heater exchanger and fitings through the hull,
    could be posible to instal the keel cooler inside of the hull made a chanel
    welded of 3 or 4 ft cooling the fresh water heater , my idea is that could be
    posible on aluminim hull ,but i need advice from your gays
    open for ideas

    Aluminum pipe (marine grade) will work fine . Dave Geer gives a complete list of pipe size vs heat rejection in his book.

    The other process is an aluminum box welded into the hull with a laberinth to send the coolant back and forth in contact with the sea .

    Big advantages of this system is no winterizing , no drag and the stock coolant pump is far more reliable than rubber impeller pumps.

    thanks fred for you reply ,i will do more research beacause the sistem
    has to be calculate acording to the engine zize.
