We are currently developing a 25 ft sail boat that needs a swing keel (articulating fore-aft, not sideways) system that shall be bought in off the shelf - if possible.
I might start out looking at the range of swing keel yachts from Bene/Jeanneau, then checking to see about replacement bearings etc, not an unusual replacement item.
The swing keel is not likely to be an off the shelf item. Keels are designed for a particular boat. As far as the pivoting and lifting mechanism, it can be as simple as a pivot pin and rope/tackle for lifting.
