Hi,

We are looking for a NA/designer to work on a remote contract basis. We do composite and metal boats. Skills needed are structural analysis/scantling design (lloyds SSC/ISO), autocad drafting (GA, structural layouts, systems etc) and 3d modelling (rhino). Ideally we would like someone skilled in producing CNC kit sets for metal construction.

Please contact me to discuss further.

You may want to get a copy of my paper from MACC 2018 or CPBS 2016 (via ASNE or SNAME respectively) on various notes on aluminum design and construction. Also, Oetter, Duffty, Welter and I proposed a method of surface block construction in SNAME Journal of Ship Production. This and a lot of other (much more) useful material is available on the SNAME small craft paper CD collections. (Books, Proceedings & CDs - SNAME https://www.sname.org/pubs/books)
