Looking for boat builder entrepreneur in Thailand

Hi all,

I'm designer (graphic, products, interior) and I got this crazy idea to potentially launch a boat building company in thailand.

Thailand BOI offers tax incentives and many benefits as they want to develop this growing sector. Also, as it's a BOI approved business you can own a land at your name and no need to have any 51% thai partners.
Cheap labor, cheap materials (Teak wood) and the proximity of China with low tax imported machinery makes it a perfect location. According to Thailand BOI 70% of boats are foreign imported which leaves an opportunity to sell locally made boats and rebalance this market.

The vision I have is to create an modern luxury speed boat or sailing boat to fulfill the need of:

• Russian and Chinese expats/tourists
• Tour operator

I would like to know if there are entrepreneurs out there interested in my idea and sharing financial risks. I'm living in Bangkok btw.
