hey there, is anyone here looking for a junior naval architect?
I am a naval architect looking for a fully remote job or a freelance job. I am currently working in an aluminum fabrication of boats and my job is mainly making technical drawings and 3d models for visual presentation and guide for the boat builders. In my current job I didn't deal any calculations regarding designing a boat like scantlings, stability, etc. and as time goes on I find it boring. Currently I'm learning structural fea to pastime and cas do some 1d beam analysis and 2d plate analysis. I am looking for a job where I deal with calculations like a real naval architect would do.
I can easily learn things especially if there is someone who will guide about it. I'm up for any challenges.
