Anyone ever order the DVD in prod boat builder mag that is called "Lamination as a Career". Supposed to be available at nmma. I tried to contact them to no avail.

Anyone know if this is worth anything or is it mostly fluff? My guess is its mostly fluff, since the website doesnt even have it on there and no one seems to bother to return a request for info.

I need a good basic book/dvd something to get me started on the how to of lamination.. any suggestions?

    Try This

I bought the fiberglass Boat Repair Manual by Allan H Vaitses. Fantastic, it tells you most of what you need to know about grp repair. You can get it from Amazon and think it was about £20. I read it and then visited my nearest wholesaler of grp products. I was easily able to see what was what and what did what. Read that and pitch any further questions into this forum and I'm sure you'll be confident to go. The basic laminating technique hasn't changed much since the book was written (Mid 1980's) :D
