List of Indian Boatbuilders?

    I'd like to start a list here of Indian boatbuilders. Does anyone have good statistics on boat building in India and if there are any sizable export lines of boats from India?

    Boats from India look very basic and are not suitable for export; at least FRP boats. You might look at SriLanka they are more advanced. Actually, we design for both...

    I saw http://www.boatdesign.net/forums/se...building-mangalore-karnataka-india-37493.html in the similar threads as I was browsing, and realized I don't know anything about boats in India and have not read a single article about Indian boatbuilders in years.

    Searching the web I found very few building boats that would be "export-market" boats.
