after 3 Years i just finished a conversion project.
The boat was built in 1967 and did not see water for 10 years.

    Have a nice day

    Welcome to the Forum Ronald.

I will endorse Ike's comment above - that is a true labour of love (and no doubt blood sweat and tears along the way) and your standard of workmanship is very impressive.
I love how you re-designed the aft end to have a swimming platform over the outdrive leg.

    Thank you!
as engine I chose a 454 Mercruiser. It runs very smooth and cruising rpm is just 2300 U/m.

I used massive mahagoni wood for the construction under the floor

    Nice work . . . :)

The engine looks like a 1994-95 vintage (gen 5 454), raw water cooled. These engines used a combination fuel pump and sea water pump, where the fuel pump ran off of a cam in the sea water pump. Plenty of power for the boat . . . Is it a Bravo outdrive?

Is this boat used in fresh water or on the ocean?
