    Is this in the U.K.? Recent? It's clearly a meter boat.... is it a 12? Would it have been one of the British challengers named "Victory" at one time?

    Steve,
    She's in Ipswitch UK, Fox's Yard (Oyster).

    It's "Crusader" an America's cup challenger UK, (I believe).
    I can't find much about her on the web except she was quick.
