Help in identification and value

I'm helping list items for sale from a family estate, trying to find any info on this boat and/or the value if any. From what I think I've been able to determine thus far, I think it may have been a canvas covered boat that was in the middle of a rebuild. I have not been able to find any markings on it.

 

Wooden Boat forum is worth a try. A person was reconditioning a canoe in this style of construction on there recently.

 

No idea on identity or value.

Here is a start. Originally Peterborough Canoes, then branched out into power boats, factory was Peterborough Ontario, Canada
1890 to 1960 ish

Looks like the same type of build. Value restored up to $20,000.
