    Dave Gerr deserves to be fed, buy the book, if you can see us on this site you can buy the book.......don't steal it.

    It is a bargain

    I just ordered this book via Amazon.com. The cost for the book was USA $8.75 and the postage USA$13. I agree with Landlubber, we should not steal after someone has put such an effort into a book.
