    S Hondros Carolina Flare

I am trying to print my model out on a 3 D printer and would like to assign some thickness to the model itself in Rhino. I am not sure if this is possible since Rhino is a surface model program and not a solid model program. Please let me know if I can some how make this surfaces solid or at least give them some thickness.

    Rhino release.

    Which version are you using?

I know from Rhino3 sr3 some developable plate issues have been solved.

    plate to be developed

    Just guessing from here:

You can try alter the shape a bit, perhaps than this bug does not occur.
    Is the plate very twisted?
