    Hi,
Need help with the following link.

    http://mission.base.com/pedal-power/pp_prop1.html

Drawing this propeller in 3D package. The method i am using is drawing three different sections, one at the hub, one at the max blade width and one at the blade tip and then lofting them. Can anyone interpret how to find the bladewidth at these three points? The paper says the max blade width is 4 inches at a radius of 5 inches. What is the blade width(chord) at the hub and the tip?is it also 4 inches?

The blade dimensions for propellers are displayed as cross sections like a wing. I’m sure there is sound engineering that determines the dimensions for each style prop. The variety is almost infinite. Here is two different styles.
