My goal for this 1976 20ft proline is to add and secure a center console to floor. I have a used center console tbat came with the boat when i bought it, in decent condition still. Im also powering the boat with a used 70hp evinrude bought from a good buddy of mine. There is no access in the floor to run the wire or tighten down the bolts for the center console and there is no access under the floor near the transom. Any advice would be very helpful.
