Angélique aka Angel (only by name)

You could ask the Naval Marine Archive, they're located in ‘‘The Victory’’ 205 Main Street, Picton, Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. That's on the Canadian shores of Lake Ontario.

They have most of the issues of The Rudder Magazine in their collection, and they have doubles of some of them, which they probably are willing to trade, preferably for missing issues in their own collection, I'll guess.

‘‘ Most of our documents, books, magazines, charts, etc are available for consultation either immediately or at very short notice (some older documents are subject to handling restrictions) and limited copying services are available subject to certain copyright restrictions. ’’

I'll guess they could look up for you which issues you exactly need for the Bruce Bingham Flicka 20 ferro-cement design and construction articles.

And maybe you could find a friendly volunteer, a fellow forum member who lives in the vicinity perhaps, who is willing to take digital pictures of the articles with a phone, and send them to you, just for the archive admission price + a travel + coffee expense fee. Maybe even the good folks of the Naval Marine Archive are willing to do this for you, but if available then maybe you'll need to become a member of the institution to obtain this extraordinary service . . :)

    Good Luck !

P.S. - For general naval info in print, check also the about half a million items, including nearly 60,000 books, in their Online Public Access Catalogue OPAC.
