    At 1% you are at the lower limit for catalyst. It is usually safer to go at least a bit higher.

    If you are anticipating difficulty achieving fibre adhesion to small radius features,you might consider using strips of surface tissue near those tight corners.It is fairly common to use 30mm to 60mm strips butted into the corner as they will conform more easily and the bonus is that there will be less of a tendency for the mat to print through,as it might when firmly consolidated.Surface Tissue https://www.ecfibreglasssupplies.co.uk/surface-tissue
