Inflatable rubber rollers?

    those look like sponsons used on portable floating bridges, the military has such devices. You might be able to find some from a military surplus supplier.

    might not a wheeled dolly be easier to manage? could be built from scrap parts from cars and trucks. will take some fabrication, but it can be made from available junk.
