fast or halffast gliding boats on propshafts lean outward when cornering, small boats more than wide etc.
dont think trimming flaps cornering is a good idea, but maybe there is automatic heeltrim?

without going to OB, heckdrive or jet would a angled rudder help leaning in i wonder?

it must have been done, what is there to say about it?

Airplanes do it. Works for them. Of course they have ailerons to help, but the idea should be sound for water too.

the thing that causes the lean it partly the final thrust vector, and partly the V of the hull. you're right to draw the comparisons with aircraft, find a model aircraft stability page. they will have an example as roll being a secondary function of yaw due to di-hedral. Or deadrise as we call it.

Incidentally, I have managed to perform various rolling manouvres with rudder/elevator gliders. so that gives you an idea of the coupling.
