Improving ship speed

    Two other bits of info would help. Do you have the gear ratio of the transmission, and do you have fuel consumption and rpm figures for the boat at 12,13,14,15 knots?

    What are the 3 nav lights on the mast?

    Is it a dive vessel - those are often badly trimmed as it's desirable to have all the tanks and kit near to the water entry?

    This vessel is traveling at 1.73 S/L at 15 knots, so it's in semi plane mode, which isn't bad for a 44 ton craft, with what appears to be a very fine entry, monohedren with a lot of deadrise.
