I've got a project to wet layup several 90' hulls. I'm going to need an impregnator. We use 50" fabric.

So what are the pros and cons of different machines we might use? What bells and whistles do I get if I go with an expensive machine? What is the smallest (cheepist) machine I might get that would get the job done.

Any advice/experience you might share would be greatly appreciated.

Professional Boatbuilder did an article on impregnators in issue #5. You can get backissues at this site...

Check the used equipment market, boatbuilding companies are frequently notoriously short-lived.
