I may be getting this boat, but I can’t find the ID plate thing. I think it may be too old to have one or it was taken off. Also maybe I can’t see it because there is so much trash in it!
    Thanks

It seems to have a registration sticker.

    Welcome to the Forum Dante.
The serial / ID number is usually either on a plate on the starboard side of the transom, or engraved into the gelcoat - have you had a look there?
I am guessing that she is about 15 - 16' long?
If you can get her for a song (or even better, for nothing), then that would be a good start.
If you decide to take her on, can you post another photo or two once you have cleared all the rubbish out please?

The Johnson 28 hp motor appears to have had a production run from approx 1987 - 1996.

Have you had a closer look at it yet?
If you can 'turn it over' then that is promising (rather than it being seized up).
It is interesting that it has no pull-start, although you should be able to wind a cord around the top of the fly wheel to try to turn it over?
Or if you can hook up a battery to it, and the starter kicks in, then even better! :)

Thanks for the reply it has a small console you can’t see because the trash. The engine turns and looks to be in okay shape considering. That’s all I really know I will tell you when I have some answers.
