Enclosed Flicka to Sailboat - World tour - Who and How he did ?

I remember someone had been converting an enclosed flicka to sailboat and toured around the world. Who was it and how he did it ?

Hello Barbados , I am not talking about flicka 20 sailboat design But I am talking about fully enclosed lifeboat or say enclosed flicka. Thanks.
