hull offset .off format

    Thanks for that. I don't think that is the correct file though. The offsets file used in ORC and ORR vpps is a specific hull offsets file tailored for boat hulls. Geomview looks like an old geometry viewing app from a couple decades ago that happens to have the same file extension.
    I could be mistaken?

    If you want to know the secret sauce I'm afraid you'll need to take a deep dive into their Rhino plugin, since that what's used to generate the .off file. ORC - World Leader in Rating Technology https://orc.org/index.asp?id=45
    I suspect it's a modified version of the original program designed to describe polygonal surfaces, but what changes they made is proprietary information.
