Where to mount an offshore bracket?? So far I have its 1" of rise for every 12" of setback. My bracket has a 36" set back so I am assuming that I want the cavitation plate to be 3" higher than the bottom of the \/ on my boat.Anyone know for sure??? Thanks
    Mike

Yup Looks like you have it right. It can be real hit or miss with those brackets.Best bet is trial and error.
