How thick should the mold be and does it need flange area reinforcements?

    Your profile indicates Florida, so I chose a product easily available in the US.

    Thickness depends on shape and size, plus type of process. The stronger, which sometimes means thicker, you make it the more abuse it may handle from rough treatment, especially the flanges.

    Europe can be Spain, Italy or Estonia. An actual location wil get you more relevant answers.
