    Interesting times, If the DSS works aswell as proclaimed we are in for some pretty major developments in the monohull world.

    I and I'm sure many others will watch with interest.

    Just another point, you'll have to excuse my ignorance, but is the DSS accepted by IRC?

    I don't know about IRC except that there is a measurement in the rule for the "wingspan" of wings attached to appendages. Like many people, the rulemakers probably didn't envision DSS but there seems wide latitude within the rule so it could be allowed-but at what penalty?
