How many adjustment points are there on a 1999 25 hp carb?

    How do I adjust the throttle carb flap and the roller pin to the two marks on the throttle cam/flywheel?
    Is it possible to use the threaded throttle cable adjustment?
    I fitted a new throttle cable recently and nothing seems to be lining up.
    Johnson 25hp 2 cylinder long shaft 2 stroke.
